The famous BIG RED BUS is back with us again  this year, in all its  glory!! 

Prepare to immerse yourself in a 'Whole of Day' surreal experience - at Dubbo Bridal & Event Expo.

Start your journey on the FREE Champagne Tour, departing from the front of the Dubbo Regional Theatre Convention Centre at 9:00am sharp... on the "BIG RED BUS'' from Langley's of Dubbo.

You will experience an exciting atmosphere and total relaxation...being served Champagne on the COACH by one of the Expo's friendly hostesses as you tour  selected  local Function Venues being showcased at the Dubbo Bridal & Event Expo - MACQUARIE INN & THE MILESTONE HOTEL....as well as  Dubbo 'HOT SPOTS' for your photo shoot, and visit the many unique locations throughout Dubbo where your Dream Wedding can be experienced ... in a gorgeous Silk Lined Marquee! AND you will visit Dubbo's beautiful beach... on the banks of the Macquarie River.... the perfect place for your Wedding Ceremony!

You will be treated to inhouse hospitality by the Function Manager at each venue, where you will welcomed and escorted through their premises, highlighting their unique amenities and service. The COACH  will return to the Expo venue approximately 11.00am, in time for the 'Bride of the Year  Quest' parade of past brides. You will then be able to visit the Venue’s stands to discuss your needs and wants…and negotiate an acceptable offer to host your Wedding, Event or Function.

 If your name is called as a Lucky Draw Prize Winner while you are on the FREE Champagne Tour, the prize will be held for you...your name will be announced when the Bus returns...and you will be able to then collect your prize.

 It is imperative that you pre-register for this exciting innovative Tour , to ensure your seat on the Bus. 

In addition, please click here to complete a Preregistration Form online  for each of the people  in your party who are on the Champagne Tour. 

This will save you from having to complete forms when you arrive,  to enter the Bride in the Lucky Draws. As a Bride, if you come to the Expo with 4 other people, you will end up with a total of 5 entries in the Lucky Draws!  

Please arrive at the Dubbo Regional Theatre & Convention Centre no later than 8.45am so you can pay your Expo  entry fee at the Ticket Office....and if you are a Bride to Be OR a Party or Function organiser  you will be able to collect your Expo Gift Bag before you depart on the FREE Champagne Tour at 9.00am sharp.
